Really? And from where did the rest of the world governments get that money to foot their respective bills? Do these governments have their own money trees? Or did they print the needed money on demand? Did they all have a secret emergency stash tucked away for these kinds of rainy days? Or was Santa especially generous to these countries for Christmas? Or did the taxpayers in those countries ultimately pick up the tab?
