I've tried to access charts but when I click on a date nothing happens?Every single time.

I don't know, perhaps sending an email to the contact on the left side will get you an answer. I put in a search term at the top and was successful, maybe by putting in a particular date would work, as the dates arenot hot.

They do not have every single issue in the data base by a long shot.
