Race 7, #2 STRIKER RAY

STRIKER RAY goes first time Lasix tonight, and if you take the recent Pompano lines as a fresh start, this one should figure a sound chance. First qualified down here on December 4, and cut the mile in a race won by Tom Cango, considered a legitamate Hambletonian prospect for awhile last year. Broke in his only pari-mutuel start following that race, and since came back to qualify 2nd in 2:00:1, which would almost be fast enough to win an actual race. Might only need to stay flat to get the job done now. #8 Dwayne’s World makes his first start in South Florida, and his mile from Saratoga in October actually warrants him a longshot look in a field like this. #1 All Power is an obvious short priced contender, but just never wins. Has hit the board in 16 of 23 lifetime starts, but only has a single win to show for it. #3 Marion Big Time and #6 Super Railee need to prove it at this level; at least #5 What About Brian comes from a strong barn.

#5 got it. Good call. Hated the numbers at Stga with Dobson driving and the weak move into the crawling last half in last out at Monti was nothing special. But the old girl had the right position in here.
