Azeri / AP Indy colt, one of my early Derby picks, and I've been waiting to see him run.

But pedigree suggests he's not the win early type. This is his first race.

I worked it up last night, I like Line of David, or Brace Yourselves for the win.


I'll play them in an exotic with Maybe Yes, Take Control and Viva Macho

this horse is out of the champion mare Azeri. Wonder if he'll go? betters seem in love with him. Azeri was always a free square on the pick 6.

Well, I've been high on this horse for months, he's been in my virtual stable since baffert/shah bought him but I didn't think he would BRING IT his first race.

Boy, was I wrong! I dunno why I didn't believe. ;) :jump:

That was certainly a beautiful first race!!!

sort of remined me of Zenyatta's style, dead last in the backstretch and flying late in the closing yards :)
