I saw the first video for women, saw the plusing shake weight, and thought, yeah, 6 minutes outght to be enough. :D

Then I saw the early part of the 2nd video for men, and totatly cracked up before I had to stop it. I don't want to know what's in the 2nd minute and beyond.
