For the past 4 days I have tried something new with a bit of success. I am not looking at any pacelines, time away, works, class, odds or anything pertaining to speed etc. Hit a few decient prices between $10.00 and $28.00. Win rate is around 35% Data I am using only goes back 7 weeks but looks interesting. Here are a couple plays at Pha today

Race 3 Win on 5, 6 Exacta 5,6/3,5,6,7

Race 5 Win on 3, 7

Just to peak curiosity (spelled bad) I am only using at this time 1 factor and will refine it to 2 more. I believe thats all that will be needed. No formulas No huge databases No jerky gimmicks. 4th day in a row with a profit. Will not work in every race. I also have to automate it which will be the job of Hcapon. I will try a couple races at Mnr tonight. I was told a few years ago that to make money KISS.:p

If you change your mind and are willing to learn a *very* small new thing, all you need to do is put CODE & /CODE (put them in square brackets [] though) surrounding whatever you want to cut & paste:

This is formatted in columns.

Do I put 1 bracket at the beginning and 1 at the end of the copied item?

Brackets around each word (CODE & /CODE). Hit the "#" button and type something in for an example.

You won't be able to type in 'tabs', but if you cut & paste them from another document it will preserve them...

 Wait tell next time and I will type in picks only so no one will be confused with comments, I fail to import correctly. 4 races posted 1 nice exacta and 2 decient winners. I was hoping my horse comments would be a aid. After seeing how they looked I had to go back to excell to make sure I played the right horse.

What's the theory behind the selections?

Following you instructions, I more or less figured out how to do quotes.

But I just attempted to post a message with multiple quotes, and while it quoted fine, it was all on one line and ran clear into the next room. Looked fine in the compostion box. WTF?

Pace Cap'n, You're looking for the "Do what I mean, not what I say" button. Sadly there is none. You need to literally put a line feed character (RETURN key) into your text because it is being literally displayed as you type it. :) HTH, Bill

Using the # input box might not be the best way to go.

Simply type {CODE} before the text you are about to type that needs to be formatted. Then type {/CODE} when you are finished typing the code you need to be formatted.

REMEMBER to substitue the {} in the above examples with the proper []. I could not, for obvious reasons use the proper [] in the above examples because then you wouldn't see the commands, and everything I just typed would look like this:

before the text you are about to type that needs to be formatted. Then type
