Getting the ep and the lp is quite simple to figure yourself.
Example:

22.2 45.1 110.4

The ep is the 22.2 and you get the lp by subtracting the 45.1 form the 110.4 this will give you the 3rd fraction or lp. Then just add the two together. This is known as the "Factor X" in the old Sartin mythology.
Good luck

I don't use this Sartin stuff, but I'm pretty sure EP is the 2d call, in your case, 45.1

The race is broken down into three fractions.

22.2 22.4 25.3

This is then converted to fps

58.93 57.89 51.56

EP is from the half call

58.41

AP is the average of the fractions / 3 = 56.13

Factor X is the average of the 1st and 3rd fractions = 55.25

SP is the average of EP and the last fraction = 54.99

%E is the percentage EP of the sum of EP and 3d fraction

58.41 / (58.41 + 51.56) = 53.11%

This is all off the top of my head, I'm sure if I screwed up someone here can correct me.

PS...this is for sprints, routes are a little different
