I don't know the answer to your question, but I'll check out equibase at the end of the day and get back if no one else knows the answer on the takeout.

Although I'll likely never play it I do like the idea of cross-track Pick 3's. In this silmucast world, why not a pick 3 from 3 tracks that goes beginning to end in 12-15 minutes?

GR1...the pimlico site has P4 takeout listed at 14%.
Hopefully I'll be sharing some of those with you. :D

Yep, 'Kane is correct. The Pimlico video feed has a blurb stating the P4 has a 14% take.
