Has drop in handle affected payoff prices?

Intuitively, I think that a drop in handle should be reflected in lower payoff prices but I don't have a way to measure that. Maybe some of the database folks could take a look at average win prices for the first 11 months of '08 and the same for '09.

Intuitively, I think drop in handle would not effect payoffs much unless it is a major drop. Field size would have a much bigger impact on payoffs so it would be hard to isolate drop in handle as a factor.
