I haven't bet at PTC for awhile, but I just checked recently to see what they're offering on rebates. I noticed that the great majority of the rebates they're offering for WPS wagering at my betting level, is the same or lower than what I can get at a certain offshore racebook, with one noticeable exception. That being SAM HOUSTON racetrack.
I'm guessing the SAM HOUSTON management must have offered their signal to PTC this meet for a much lower rate than most tracks these days. The great thing about it, is the PTC customers benefit with a higher-than-average rebate for playing WPS bets on SAM HOUSTON races.
Kudos to the SAM HOUSTON racetrack management and horsemen, for bucking the greedy trend in the signal fee department.
