Here's a good concrete example of how much racing can benefit by having some truly great horses, like Z and RA, come around every once and a while. Hopefully Arnold actually will try to do something and not just talking out of his ass, but these tracks really could use some government financing, especially if slots aren't an option.
Also, I have to say I can't stop laughing at this last quote "I'm not an expert on horse racing as I am for weightlifting. It's very rare for the girl to beat the boys. This is an example of how they can be better." Is he talking about horse racing? or sports? Doesnt sound politically correct at all to me :rolleyes:
