Excerpt:

If there was an All-Star roster of news media members who have been willing to go the lowest and get the dirtiest in their brazen and transparent attempt to destroy Sarah Palin, NBC’s Norah O’Donnell, along with numerous of her NBC colleagues, would certainly make the first team. My question (which I have raised with her twice on live TV) is: How in the world does she still have a job at one of the most powerful alleged “news” organizations in the country, and if she isn’t fired for bias, then is such an event even possible?

This query is especially relevant given her shameful performance while covering a Palin book signing in Michigan where she went out of her way to embarrass a teenage girl who was just there to see the political superstar up close and personal (For the record, while some have tried to compare the two, my interviews with Obama voters on election day were fundamentally different from what O'Donnell did, if only because I am not an alleged "news" reporter and they were backed up with scientific data.)

Perhaps we should tell her that Sarah's supporters like Sarah should not be asked any "hard" questions.:D

Attacking a teenage girl may be your level, but it is hardly professional by any stretch of the imagination of a healthy, functioning mind.

Besides, I thought the girl handled herself pretty good,, considering a planned, orchestrated attack by some backed by the media pretending to be a news person. You see, unlike your kind, Sara supporters have nasty little thing called civilization that we must overcome before we get down and dirty. The girls obviously mistook the bitch for a real journalist, but she is young and learned from it. Second, she has an ingrained respect for authority figures and her elders, so that held her back at first. But she recovered nicely once she smelled the stench that is Nora and saw her for what she is - a biased POS who has no values, no talent, no professionalism, and no integrity. This is probably why you support her, right?

I expect that girl is in for the whole Joe the Plumber treatment.

This interview was supposed to be done by NoraO but Contessa Brewer stepped in last minute. The same CBrewer that said the other day to tease an upcoming segment:

And the Federal Government is looking the emails of the alleged Ft Hood shooter. What does that say about your privacy and how the government could go through your emails?

The propaganda business is not the news business that is the straight forward answer to the question why this particualr person is still employed.

I see the same problem women have always faced, i.e., in a general election, women will vote for almost anyone else than another woman. That's one reason Hilary Clinton could not beat the oh-so-experienced Messiah. I must sound broken recordish, but how many women will prefer a fellow woman to, for example, a handsome, lightskinned black man ? C'mon, girls. Be honest.

I think this is one reason the female "journalists" ( ) delight in outsmarting ( :bang:  ) Mrs. Palin.

The indelible whiteness of MSNBC

http://michellemalkin.com/2009/11/23/the-indelible-whiteness-of-msnbc/

Excerpt:

MSNBC host Chris Matthews, MSNBC reporter Norah O’Donnell, and MSNBC guest Joan Walsh shamelessly played the race card against Sarah Palin and her book-buying audience last week.

In Michigan, O’Donnell smugly noted that Palin’s fans were “largely white — almost no minorities in this crowd.” Matthews parroted the line, assailing the “white crowd.” Walsh likened the gathering to a “paranoid tea party.” Matthews hammered away at the “monochromatic” scene.

Ahem. Check out the masthead of MSNBC TV, “The Place for Politics.” Wear sunglasses and SPF 30 lotion. You’ll need protection from the blinding white glare:

A fellow and his wife were watching a news commentator talking about Sarah Palin. The lady commentator said "one of the reasons women like Sarah is she is so feminine, no pantsuits for her she always wears either a dress or a skirt."
The viewers wife immediately spouted out "Of course she wears skirts that way she does not have to waste time in the morning figuring out which foot goes where."

she wears shoes, duh. Usual progressive style, always over looking the obvious to prove a non-existent point for a catchy sound bit

John Ziegler raises the phrase "Arrogant jerk" to a whole new level. His whole shtick was "MSNBC likes Obama" Anytime Brewer asked him a question, he went back to the same thing. When she called him on it; when she reminded him that he knew the subject of the interview, he acted like a schoolboy who had been caught writing dirty words on the bathroom wall. He never snswered her questions, he provided no proof of anything he said (Which wasn't much to begin with)
Contessa Brewer has more intellect and more command of the facts in her little finger than Zeigler has in his entire life, including his show's research staff. I notice he was not in studio, otherwise I would have asked Contessa why she didn't just get up and kick him in his......um....ankle.

Zeigler did take the opportunity to tease his interview with Sarah Palin; telling Brewer that he asked a lot of hard hitting questions. Of course I listened to it. Highlights:
How did you like my film? "David Letterman is mean to you." Keith Olberman is mean to you." "Socialism bad" You're flying coach? Make room on Mount Rushmore!!!!

Later I will post Palin's thoughts on the economy, on healthcare, on cap and trade, on Afghanistan, and on ACORN as she expressed them in the John Zeigler interview.

Oopppss! Sorry. None of those issues ever came up. :bang: :bang:

Did you forget ? It is not nice to ask Sarah hard questions, you will make her feel bad and perhaps bring tears to Beck's eyes. :D

Jeeze, EP, one would expect, at some point, just by sheer volume, you would accidentally touch on an issue rather than a personal attack. You are defying the laws of statistics, and being exactly wht you try to portray Sara as. :D

Your toast ain't got no butter on it!

i guess its that time of night now, everyone is getting pretty board with horse racing this evening!

why waste your time focusing in on media personalties. they cowtail to the people that watch them. they are all pretty basic weak personalities and frontrunners. who would possibly believe what they have to say?

try watching CNBC, they are the worst i have ever seen in my life. those guys will bust you every single time. if anything you should listen to what they say and go the other way. they constantly parade people one after the other to pump their points.

i like bloomberg 1000 times better than them.

CNBC is a comedy channel. I like watching Bloomberg at night for the Asian morning shows. they actually have intelligent adults for guests.

On the campaign trail no one asked 0bama a tough question. He's proven his intellect since, tho. If we didn't pass Porkulus we'd have 8% + unemployment. How'd that shit work out for us?

Or flying a couple of low altitude jets over NY last March.

A ****ing genius he is..

While you have more than a point, we ask that you stand back as NoraO axed a teenager in a book signing line about the 'policy' of the author of said book and achieved a 'gotcha moment'. A book signing remind you.

Meanwhile, MXNBC, CBS, ljb/exactaplayer, hcap, Huffington (you were married to someone not 'into' your gender and never knew?), MediaMatters, & others position her ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL. Strange days indeed.

This notion that a reporter is being "crafty" and "biased" when they correct factually inaccurate statements is ridiculous. Sure, Jackie might have a point if O'Donnell ran up to her at random and stuck a microphone in her face as she was walking down the street, but that was not the case. This girl was at the book signing of a prominent politician, wore a t-shirt indicating that she had strong political views, agreed to be interviewed, and failed to answer a very simple and straightforward question.

I don't suppose they made simular observations in detroit when everyone was in line for their "Obama money"

Any Palin supporters in that line?

I'll take the Palin line any day.

btw, do you think Nora would have treated anyone in the Detroit crowd the same way she did the teenager? Yeah, right.

What was the simple and straightforward question that she 'failed to answer'?
And what was her response?
