Why weren't you at the BC Yesterday to see Zenyatta?

I'd like to get a poll , pick which number best fits you. thanks for playing.

1) you didn't go because you don't live within driving distance of Santa Anita and didn't think seeing Zenyatta was worth paying for airlines, hotel, etc.

2) You didn't go because you hate crowds and didn't want to fight traffic nightmares, etc.

3) You didn't go because you didn't want to pay for parking and/or admission and thought it was too expensive.

4) you didn't go because you had a previous engagement that you couldn't break.

5) you didnt go because you never go to live racing.

6) you didn't go because you wanted to seriously bet the races and being there live wasn't, in your mind, a good business decision.

7) you didnt go because your favorite college FB team was playing and didn't want to miss the game.

8) you didnt go for another reason that i don't have listed.

I'd fall into option 1, though I did enjoy the BC at the Big A.
The Big A. put together a nice program with three graded stakes.

I didn't go because I can't afford to go.


Plane tickets, hotel, food, rental car, etc etc. just not in my budget this year. I was glued to the TV, however, and got my bets in just the same.

I've been to 3 BCs BTW, all held at CDs, a 2 hour dive away.
