that the breeders cup becuase of freaking politics and stupidty, failed to do the one damn thing it is supposed to do...
have the best horses run against each other.
I dont' blame jackson one bit for not running in the breeders cup. it's unfortunate he might not win hOYS but what's rearlly unfortunate is that he even had to make a hard decision like that in the first damn place.
JUST SAY NO TO SYNETHICS.
any time the Jockey club gold cup, the frizette, Champange stakes are all rendered pointless in one year, something is horribly wrong.
i was actually looking at races today like the freaking champange and saying "yeah but that's not a good prep for this race"
THE freaking grade 1 2yo prep of 2yo preps!
but looking at maiden special weight maiden races at keeneland becuase it was on "the right surface"
