I saw the bullet hole .......pretty cool avatar I thought. So I dug up a picture of the Ruger GP100 off the Ruger Website.

This Sammy Sosa thing just sours me a little more on the game. I used to be a huge baseball fan. I am still a fan.....but this kind of stuff hurts. I used to like Nascar too......until they revealed they were giving money to Jesse Jackson.

ZERO influence. Also, aside from the fact that I think she was maranated for a year and now pan fried by the AG, I also think the whole issue of just what IS insiders' information must be
re-reasoned. (In my view Sam Waskal is the culprit) .... But its

It's just the curse of the 1919 Black Sox scandal rearing its head again. The Cubs under Dusty Baker with their fine young pitching staff have their best chance in years to win the pennant and advance to the World Series. But they have a bonehead superstar named Sammy Sosa. Sosa is unpredictable. From his "It's all about me" attitude to his poor judgement (Didn't he once lose $20,000 in cash?) Sosa is a train wreck waiting to happen. The long suffering Cub fans are getting prepared for this year's version of the Summer Swoon...

You're thinking of the curse of the billy goat when the owner of the Billy Goat tavern put a curse on the Cubs in 1945 -- the last time they were in the W.S. -- when the Cubs banned his goat from Wrigley Field. The guy's son removed the curse in 1984 when the Cubs won the division, but it seems to have remained in full force -- the Cubs lost the LCS to San Diego after being up 2-0 (when it was best of 5) after a ball went through Leon Durham's legs in the 7th inning of Game 5.
