that has crossed my mind. take the average payout of an all payout lets say a 12 horse or bigger field and use that average payout to build a ticket.

For example, Aus Race 4b. The super paid 10k. The pool was only 2800. It does not make any sense. I don't know any location where you can play it for a dime.
