If you have the ability to see race replays, please check out race 8 at Suffolk Downs on Monday 10/19. The #1 horse drifted right into the path of the #2 horse closing on the rail yet they left the #1 horse up and didn't place him second. Am I wrong to think the stewards had money bet on the #1 Horse based on their decision to NOT place him second (why else would they leave the 1 horse as the winner)?
By the way, I was able to view the head on replay of the race. I hope you can do that too when forming your opinion but it looks obvious even if it isn't a head on replay. Thanks for any thoughts you have.
