What happened to Laurel Race 2 Friday 10/16?

I was just looking at my automated model's results from yesterday and noticed that for some reason, a bet in Laurel's second race didn't go through. I went to look at the chart (assuming of course my horse would have won at long odds...), but instead, I found no chart -- no results at all.

Just wondering what happened that the race got canceled?

Even before the first race was run, the second was cancelled due to, and I quote, "extraordinary circumstances." Must've been really extraordinary. :sleeping:

What happened was every horse but one scratched out of the second race.

Laurel Park said it would be "not beneficial to track or bettors to run a walkover".
