That race still sends huge amounts of goose bumps all over. That has got to be one for the ages.

I have the official Pimlico photo. Sunday Silence completely covers up Easy Goer except for a small thin chestnut outline that you have to get very close up to see.

One of the best examples of defensive riding one could find when Day moves Valenzuela into a blind switch in mid back stretch.

When I showed it to P. Val for an autograph, he had me write down the photographer for him. They didn't even GIVE him one.
