Since when have they had a 3-furlong chute at Tampa Bay Downs?

While browsing the historical charts on equibase - something I've been doing a lot of lately! - I came across 3-furlong 2-year-old races there, in 2000.

And have they been running such races there more recently?

When I was there in the 80's that chute was there, but there were no races carded for it.

gulfstream brought them back this year so WESLEY WARD could win all of them. his horses all trained there, they did not bring back the MOCKINGBIRD STAKES though.
