Only on the subjects of the lawsuit

which means they are suing for "Illegal Wiretapping" only........

covers them.............now had they gone for defamation etc........they would be open to almost anything in discovery

That was Greta's Sustain comments, because she's a lawyer I assumed she knew what she was talking about - perhaps not.
