Pamplemousse Update

I visited The Pamplemousse (http://maryforney.blogspot.com/2009/09/visit-with.html) in his stall at Santa Anita on Wednesday morning, and I found him heartily devouring his breakfast.

The Pamplemousse, whose racing career was sidelined in April just before the Santa Anita Derby -- costing him a chance at the Kentucky Derby -- has been recuperating very well according to trainer Julio Canani.

Mary...Thanks:) Great to see the Mousse hasn't lost his appetite...and good to know he's doing well...you say 'up north' to play in the snow...may I ask where?
Living in WY. and having horses...I know they love running through the stuff...not too happy when they are being snowed on...but running through it is great fun:jump: :jump:

Hope when he returns to race, Julio gets the silks he wants:D
