Guess the boys in blue are winning a bit too often for some people's liking.
How can privacy laws be applicable here? Surely the good Helena has a duty to report her decision to put the horse on the vet's list. And when did the horse get placed on this list anyway? Before or after the NY entries were
taken? This stinks big time.

ELMONT, N.Y. - Fateh Field, who won a first-level allowance race on turf at Belmont Park on Thursday, was disqualified from first and ordered unplaced in the order of finish by the New York stewards because he had been put on the veterinarian's list by the track vet at Presque Isle Downs where the horse had raced on Sept. 12.
