A memo issued on September 2nd from Peake to all Wellford officers reads:
“As of this date, there are to be no more foot chases when a suspect runs. I do not want anyone chasing after any suspects whatsoever.“

If Mayor Pussy is so worried about costs why doesn't she keep them in the police station or better yet, disband the entire police force.

This woman is a real piece of work. I hope her house gets cleaned out with the cops watching and smiling. This puts a lot of pressure on the Spartanburg sheriff who will have to try and cover for the chaseless cops.

At least now I know if I drive through that town that I can avoid a speeding ticket by just not pulling over. According to her the police couldn't have even "chased" OJ. Just keep driving until you leave their jurisdiction. Is she related to Marion Barry? They seem to have similar impacts on voters.
