A little bit tougher week for me. Going with these:

Falcons -6
Saints Pick
Bears +3 (I know, I know. I shouldn't bet my team.)

Last week: 2-1 YTD: 2-1

Minn/Detroit OVER 46 1/2---Detroit's defense is monumentally bad. Horrible last year and they picked up in wk 1. Play them over every week until they go under.

Jacksonville -3 Didn't like what I saw out of Arizona last week. And the Super Bowl loser has been a terrible underperformer the next year for most of this decade. Think MJD comes up big this week.

NO/Phil UNDER 46---probably a contrarian play but these 2 pass defenses are solid. No McNabb doesn't hurt the under cause either.

Chicago +3---After seeing this line and hearing how much of a panic Chicago sports fans are in, I'll go against the panicked locals. Loss of Polamalu hurts the Steelers a lot more than Bears losing aging Urlacher.

Baltimore +3---Going to ride this train until they don't cover. SD looks like they are primed for another underachieving year.

YTD: 3-1

I like Cincinnati +9 at Green Bay. Their defense is a lot better than most folks think.

their db's will be spending a lot of time looking at Jennings back on Sunday. The Pack should roll by 21+.

Patriots seldom play poorly twice in a row, Jets played as well as they can play last week. This spells doom for the Jets.

tampa had 26 first downs vs. the Cowpokes last week. I guess that means they'll stop the giants 0% of the time. Giants on the ML and the over.

Taking Jacksonville -3 vs. Arizona.

After my pick last week lost by 3 TD's, I'll spare you the reasons.

0-1 for the year.

Unless they're not quite what they used to be !

which apparently they aren't. this is what happens when a guy who won you 3 super bowls is traded to oakland, another is forced to retire, and the rat(Nick Kaczur #77 RT) who wore a wire on his friend is still on the team. I find it hard to believe that no one on the team has problem with going into battle with a rat on the team. teams with poor character like this are bound to fail. could be another year with no playoffs for the Rats, i mean Pats.

I agree. I don't think Brady looked comfortable on a lot of his throws last Monday night, and judging from his awful stat line today (47 attempts barely over 200 pass yards) he obviously isn't there yet.

Some credit can also go to the hugely improved Jets D, who still hasn't allowed a TD so far after 2 games.
