in race like this where two year olds are starting to run longer distances i tend to go for horses that haven't run blazing fractions early in their first few races, and still managed to win. in maidens breaking fast and getting a jump on the field is usually a winning combination, but as horses get more experience the others start to catch up on the speedsters. along this line of thought i like :8: enumerate. got blocked going into stretch in last but still came along for place. i don't know if i'll bother with an exotic but i'll decide that close to race time
