The one million dollar purse is on the line in the Metro Pace Final scheduled to be raced this Saturday Sept 5 at Mohawk

My prediction

#3 Sportswriter

She Is A Great Lady for 2 yr Fillies Final for a purse of $810300.

#1 Put On A Show

Both these 2 yr olds will in most probability be the heavy favorites and should prevail.

Love to hear your comments and your picks for these two great races.

A couple of "non-wagering events" for me, but I do like watching undefeated 2 yr olds. (On the road to being Champions?)

Metro 3/7/25
Great Lady 1/2/347

On the surface of my recent memory of those pre-lims, I would say that they are both the strongest candidates to win their respective races...

But, I will withhold my opinion, upon further re-viewing of the replays, and the resulting pace numbers that the program will show....

2yo's are a weird bunch at times...They are still growing and learning and getting new "muscle tone"...

best,

Yah...my 'putor agrees...

Metro 3/12710/12710 <--- 10 is 40/1
Great Lady 1/24/24

good luck

Sportswriter won easy and paid an even $4.00

Put On a Show won by 1/4 length and paid $3.40

I never knew un-till today that Cassie Coleman started calling Sportswriter as SEA BISCUIT from the day she bought him for $50000. Just a bit of info I picked up from the net.

Congrats to all the connections of these two great 2 yr olds.

Sportswriter has already won $600000 plus and he is just getting warmed up. Lots more to come.

Not a bad investment for 50 grand.
