Website www.napraonline.com is worth a visit for horseracing rulings, etc. Also the April 28 2003 newsletter says James Quin is the new players' representitive to the NTRA and invites email to him at jquin@ntra.com about wagering, etc. Everone should check out the website! It even has the latest racing industry infractions including a couple by Scortt Lake!
