Pick out the two jobs that Bill Clinton is morally qualified to do.

a. Be governor of Arkansas.

b. Be president of the United States.

c. Coach football at the University of Alabama.

I think he is qualified and should be, an inmate and legal advisor to other inmates at an Arkansa prison. I assume there is one in Arkansas?
