There are a number of ways to answer that question

Is that real time odds or morning line?

Is that rounded off? How?

Think about the tote, it says the odds are 10 to 1 from 10/1 to 10.999999 /1, while your computer says 10/1 is from 9.5/1 to 10.499999/1
