Stretch Call In PP's

Is there anywhere to find out where the actual stretch call is made at various tracks? I know it's not always at the top of the stretch. I think at Saratoga it's more like the 1/8th pole. I haven't found a standard source for this. It's sort of like the runups changing all over.

I mighty certain the Stretch Call in the charts is always the final 8th. Unrelated to the "top of the stretch", so that can add confusion.

in the drf pps the stretch call is always one furlong before the finish.
