Reverend Lovejoy race call

Is it just me or does the guy who calls the races at Presque Isle sound alot like Reverend Lovejoy from the Simpsons?

One of the callers at one of the Canadian tracks (I think it might be Hastings) sounds to me like Officer Barbrady from Southpark...anyone agree?
