The Thurman Munson Lawsuit against Cessna and the one filed by the Yankee's was a turning point in Air Crash Litigation and cost every pilot in America money.........the Aircraft Insurance business was never the same.........with 30% of costs attributed by some to the Munson lawsuit.............

Damn shame.......great player.........bad pilot...........
