PNG option to buy Beulah Park

According to an article on Blood Horse, Penn National has an option to buy Beulah Park in Grove City, Ohio. If the slots ordered by the Gov. Strictland clear the legal challenges this will probably happen.

This fall Ohio will vote on an issue that would bring casinos to the larger cities. PNG already has an interest in the proposed casinos. That issue is also being challenged in the Courts.

Rival MTR Gaming already owns and operates Scioto Downs Harness only 15 minutes from Beulah.

Actually there is a giant Wal-Mart Distribution Center across the road from Beulah. The current owner of BEU owner(Charles Ruma) is a housing developer. He also started and sold WinTicket to Churchill Downs.
