Trackmaster & Vista

I downloaded a trackmaster race card like........moh.exe file..............

Somehow when I double click the file......it does not create the necessary files.

This is in a directory in Vista........yet when I ran the same file on my Flashdrive it created the files............what gives?

This looks like some kind of permission rights (guessing)!

Help............JustRalph??????

Vista can be a little picky about programs running that create files and directories, right click on the file and choose properties, and then under compatibility (I think), click the "run as administrator" box.

In general, as long as User Account Control is turned on, you will be prompted (or it won't run right) quite a bit when any programs are making any changes. I think UAC has real possibilities, but the way it is implemented, it is a bigger pain that it is worth to me, so I just turn it off.
