Meet Stu Rasmussen, Democrat transgender mayor of Silverton Oregon;

recently showed up at a children's function wearing a low cut dress and 4" heels. The low cut dress revealed his newly acquired breast implants.

Diversity in action.

Oregon - lala land.

Excerpt:

July 24th 2009 - While Stu Rasmussen, the mayor of Silverton, spoke to a group of leadership students several parents complained about the way he was dressed.

Rasmussen was wearing a bathing suit top, a mini skirt, and high heels.
Ken Hector, president of Silverton Together, said that Rasmussen has violated the city's dress code. In response Mayor Rasmussen said, "I'm an adult I'll wear what I please".

How bad was his opponent for the people to elect this freak?

His opponent was a two term incumbent by the name of Ken Hector. It wasn't the opponent who is a freak, it's the folks who voted in this sicko, some 447 of them- He won by an 11% margin.

Stu needs to upgrade his wardrobe. The city council should approve a special clothing allowance for their transgendered mayor who by the way is a Democrat and was elected to his third term. (not consecutive)

Stu has a live in girlfriend and his woman can shop for her man here: :D

It's the people that voted for him. They are the product of a dysfunctional and broken liberal education system that has been in place over the last 40 years. The seeds that were planted 40 years ago are bearing fruit (pun intended)!

I find it very enlightening that none of the dems/libs/leftists/tolerant folks have weighed in on this subject to this point. Are you all afraid of defending your party and/or your beliefs? When Larry Craig was beaten down for his actions in a men's room (and rightfully so) you all couldn't reply enough. Where are you now ? Can you not defend this poor misunderstood person who was born male and yet wants to dress as a woman. Shame- shame on you !!!!

What is there that needs defending. He wasn't caught in a motel with a prostitute like Jimmy Swaggert or David Vitters. He wasn't arrested for soliciting sex in an airport bathroom like Larry Craig. He wasn't kicked out of Congress for sending suggestive e-mails to underage pages like Rep. Foley. He wasn't arrested in an adult bookstore wearing women's clothing like the Republican state senator referenced in Quagmire's post.
All in all, he did nothing but upset the hypocritical sensibilities of some on this board.

lol Typical....so let me get this right...again we (in this case you) JUSTIFY his actions by pointing out flaws of others? And although I am in no way saying Vitter was right. In fact he was DEAD wrong...please get it right. He was NOT caught in a motel as you suggest. It was phone records but he is guilty as HE himself has stated, none the less.

Once again. all you can do is deflect the issue from a public servant who feels he is entitled to and sees nothing wrong with dressing like a female while acting in his position as mayor. Apparently this abnormal behavior is perfectly normal in your world.

And one is only hypocritical if one criticizes an act or lifestyle when that same person is involved in the same type of act or lifestyle.

You may want to calibrate your words more carefully.

I can understand now why he's so gung ho on socialized medicine. If it doesn't pass, his chances to get his much needed but pricey brain transplant get flushed down the toilet with it.

USPS a government run business that works very well. Over six hundred million pieces delivered every day. Despite the inroads of e-mail and such, business could not run without it. You use USPS as a prejorative. That is a reflection on you, not on me.
And BTW, USPS is self supporting. None of its operating funds come from tax dollars.

And, no one in the USPS has opened fire on fellow workers recently. Continual Improvement.

It bothers me when people attack others like the crack about the post office directed towards mostpost.

yes, many of us disagree politically, socially, whatever. But keep it to that level. Don't get personal.
