Video quality - ease of use

Does anyone have a preferred site for watching live video?

I often have trouble with Youbet and getting the video to load, but don't mind twinspires new tv setup....but I'm wondering whether anyone has any others they recommend, or which site they feel does the best job of video.

The Twinspires Video has been of pretty good quality and pretty consistent for me (of course I have a 20 Meg connection).
