Wow! A new program by Tom Console? I can hardly wait for it to come out. All of the rest of his programs have been excellent. I've made a ton of money with Snapcapper Pro! I'm so excited now that you can't hold me down!!

When is it coming out, Tom???

BETKING and Joe Ghost: Thank you for your interest and support.

Ultimate Race Track Investor will be out very soon. I'm refining a few of the formulas so that the program will work even better than I'd planned. When it is ready, I will let everybody know. As I've mentioned before, I am not offering this for sale through RPM. There will only be a few copies of it sold. - TC

Well, this was a pretty damn obvious plant. I mean, who really talks like this? "I've made a ton of money with Snapcapper pro!" That's right out of the
Mike Warren book of hype, with the exclamation points intact.
Give us some credit, here, Tom. On the other hand, you are liable to find a few gullible souls who are still looking for that "magic bullet" to beat the races.

W.C. Fields said "Never Give a Sucker an Even Break."

Maybe he was right. After all, this kind of sleazy promotion is aimed after
greedy people who want something (to win a lot of money at the races)
for nothing (but I don't want to work that hard at it.)
Go get 'em Tom!! Give 'em what they deserve.

of course, after they buy your software and don't win with it right out of the box, they will complain and you will say, "Well there is no such thing as
a black box. This is just a tool to help you win."
or
"Well, i've got hundreds of other satisfied customers. You must be
doing something wrong."

I imagine he did make a lot of money with Snapcapper Pro, Andi. He sold it to people didn't he?

A few of you may remember Monty Banks' program for lease on Yahoo a while back. $5K a month or something like that. This is a classic worthy of old Monty. Some things never change. LOL anyway.

I've worked with some "unique" developers, but that quote definitely presents a new perspective on the old SDLC. It may take me awhile to fully appreciate it.
Dare I ask, exactly what was "planned"?

Say "Snapcapper" 10 times fast...betcha come up with an alternate name by repetition number 5....

Trivia Question:
What was Ian Hunter's top selling album? (Originally Released 1979)

Not certain why that just popped into my head either. I must be feeling surly tonight.

Joe Ghost isn't Tom C....but does it matter?

Probably, like someone said on another thread, somebody out to make Tom C look dumb....

In any event, it's just best to let it die a slow quiet death....

To PA:
Is there a way of finding out who Joe Ghost is? I am sure you can find out who it came from to make me look bad. But it doesnt bother me.
To those interested in URTI...Ultimate Race Track Investor...the final touches, mainly cosmetic, are being done to it. The program is working well, and although its way past when I thought it would be released, it will be well worth the wait. A former SnapCap user, and now URTI user (he is 1 of 3 people that have the program and have been testing it besides myself) wrote a betting manual for it. He has done very well with it, and is not even using the model. So as a bonus, the program will come with a manual showing how he has made money using it, based on his research, PLUS 6,000 actual bets he actaully made with these startegies. This will let users literally make good profits...IF THEY FOLLOW HIS STRATEGIES....right "out of the box".
Personally I use his startegies along with what the model shows to increase my plays. The manual will show strategies that work at all tracks, for win, dutch, exactas, trifetcas, pick-3, etc, and is very clearly written. The model will gear you into you own track, and will find you very high win perventage plays with great ROI's.
Anyway, didnt want this to be a sales pitch. I just wanted to inform those that are interested. The rest can get to work now bashing me.
By the way, I am having a web site made, and it is not complete. It will show screen shots of the program and have all the details. I will post the web address as soon as its ready. HOPEFULLY this month URTI will be released!
Sincerely,
Tom Console

Do you ever consider your comments a "total eclispe" of truth
whenever you try so hard to put people down...........expend that type of energy on something worthwhile and maybe you'll become
what you dream about....a chalk player who impregnate's the show pool with many a $2 wager !! No one call's you cheap (..or
sensible..or witty....or intelligent......etc.

Vigors: I can smell a scam artist a mile away. If Tom Console's products are the last word in handicapping, then why does he sell them? If he's so upright and full of integrity, then why does he deal with a known ripoff agent like "Dave Powers"?

I won't bother to sink to your level by calling you names, most of which would fit you and be well-deserved. ;)

Vigors
06-13-2003, 07:06 PM
....first off, if you can crawl up about another mile or so..you should be out of the sewer...hence, no more smell....then you can address post's from me and others WEEK'S AGO having to do with my feeling's for a program I own called ALLWAY'S...hopefully, this SHOULD awaken another of your drunken stupper's where it takes you weeks to get back to what's CURRANT ( although, we here ALL hope you were gone on vacation as opposed to another drug rehab clinic ) Am I now a shill for ALLWAY'S....well there goes
ANOTHER one of your hair-brained, half-witted idea's...although
this one came close to 4 day's before it blew up in you NIXON
face mask. I never said Tom Counsel was the last word in handicapping...but his TBI 2 Program was and is, in my opinion
of use of same,( AND IF we are talking about Value for the almighty $$...and NOT PRICE OF a PROGRAM FILE ) TBI 2 ( AND
ONLY TBI 2 ) gave me the absolute closest thing to a "sure" bet
once I had a good data base. Tom was as nice and helpfull as anyone I've ever dealt with in racing...and I include Dick Mitchell, Kitts A., Ron Ambrose and Barry Meadow who I truely thank for being 1st Class people. I love both program's, and am sorry
that doesn't sit with your mind set,but were talking & dealing with
your limited scope of imagination and tunnel vision. As for his dealing with DAVE CLINT POWERS TRACY et. al, I dealt with him
by buying much of what he had to sell...until I felt he was selling
out by promoting just about everything...so yes, I probably was
ass-hole of the month for being gulible...but I don't recall ever calling you names...as YOU STATE in your last thread...although, you stating compleate lie's in most of you thread's is very well
known by the many...so why tell the truth now, when you can just
manufacture it. Besides....who do you know that could even SPELL
the names you'd never be able to come up with. I hope to be
able to buy Tom Counsel's as soon as I can get it....as for why sell a program that REALLY works....that MUST be a Rhetorical
question...as there are several great program's for sale on this board that "work"...or are you suggesting that they're all fraud's.
I have a method that work's....but you must have a bankroll
and the ability to get down bet's in the last minutes to make it
pay off....it has kept me SOMEWHAT solvent through times I wouldn't even wish on you...it would take about 3 day's in Vegas, and after just showing you the bet ( but NOT the how or why ) I
would ask $5,000. I'm free the month of August...if you are interested, Obitz has the best deal's on flight's right now...however, my snoring will prohibit us from sharing a room,
so consider that re the accomadations.

Vigors/etc: I don't address high schoolers, so I have no further business with you. If you decide to act in a civil manner in the future, I might answer something you have to say, but I doubt it. It isn't likely that you know how to act like an adult..

For anybody else: if I don't answer a legitimate question it's either because I have no opinion on the subject or I didn't see it. I check this board maybe twice a week, if that.

Jackad, ....you know it has been so long so I used TBI 1, that I
don't remember anything about it specifly....other then that for
me to even consider TBI 2, It must have had flashes of something
that caught my eye....sorry I couldn't be more helpful.Maybe send me an e-mail, and I can be of much more service..but you know how us "high-schoolers" are. However, I've been duped by the like's of many system's mill's....so feel free to inquire about
other program's that I may have sumcombed too.

PA...noted & logged...but please address where the favor of who the "name caller" really is...my responses have been in DEFENSE
of lying, unfounded accusations AND malicious slur's. Although I
don't have the patience or intelligence to play chess...grant me the knowledge to see through oncoming transparent attacks and
be 2 to 3 moves ahead ( and this is only to spare exsessive
responses to futher "put-downs"..to nip them in the bud that is )
Because the antagonist cry's foul first, allow's him no special credence...let alone truth or being accurate. I don'e equate taking
lie's and inuendo, lest turning the cheeck to replicate Linda Blair
in the Excorsist, as being an adult ( as "12 0'clock low" would
suggest ) He found himself in water much to deep...and sought more shallow water's in the only face saving method he could muster

Folks, Tom Console(whom I have3 never met and from whom I have never bought anything) should be given credit for slogging away at this immensely difficult game.

Although I heard good things about SnapCapper, I was never tempted to buy it after Dave Powers told me it didn't make models.

Tom has been developing his latest and, he says, greatest method-which he indicates does make models- and ,he says, is much more comprehensive than SnapCapper.

This new program is being coded by an excellent programmer and should the disc turn out to be a valuable handicapping tool, I hope everyone on PA will at least appreciate the degree of difficulty involved in producing a truly effective horse handicapping method.

It's no walk in the Park, in terms of time, energy, and/or money.

All the best,

Jaguar

...my girlfriend say's it doesn't bother her AS LONG AS SHE FALLS ASLEEP FIRST ( since she slept through the Northridge Quake on
Jan. 17th, 1994 6.8.....2 miles from the the epic center, I tend to believe her ). Just thinking about walking down those freshly vacumed halls...waiting for the sweet sounds of my laptop purring
the electronic handshake, while trying to decide..."Do I look at the
Room Service menu first...or the Pay TV showing current theater
release's ( the Movie's win...I guess I'm kind of anal, but I share
the same feeling's as Woody Allen as far as MUST SEEING A MOVIE FROM THE VERY SECOND IT STARTS - and if anyone
disagree's WITH THIS POINT...I'M READY TO GO ANOTHER 15
ROUND'S ). This has nothing to do with James Bond movie's, either. Noticing that several DRF's are complimently left aschew,
I revert back to high school day's and SWAN DIVE the closest
bed...even knowing it'll only be seconds before the front desk
call's and ask's if anyone was hurt and is everyhing O.K.
One thing for sure, win, lose or get kicked out of the MUSTANG ranch, we'll have a good time....I just hope there are several room's available on the 13th floor of where ever Clint, Dave,
Power's and Tracy are staying just in case I forget to bring the
"DOT" system that Mickey Rooney rave's about. Canuck, all kidding aside...since TAXI and CHEER'S went off the air, how am
I doing as a "Louie Dupama - Carla Tortelli" composit ?

Good luck in Vegas--I like to go there in the dead of winter because of the hideous cold here--always stay downtown at the Nugget--have a buddy that is a doorman at a strip bar who called me out of the blue a few months back-(cant remember the name of the club)
Last time we went was different than the rest-they are catering to families big time now.

...didn't mean to imply I'm going soon...I'm a way's away from
any kind of bankroll that doesn't include alot of scared money...I
was "free for august" only if my lifelong friend, midnight, could
get away...sometimes I'll tell you of the story of how he literly saved my when a group of Clydsdale's broke away and through a
barrier at the Budwiser pavillion. IT happened at Buttonwillow Downs...or was it Pixly Down's. I was just remenising about Vegas and my love the thought of handicapping in Vegas more then life itself...my next move will be there or the morgue. As far as which book to play in...and I took 3 days checking out every one after Barry Meadows 2nd edition of all the RACEBOOKS IN NEVEDA. The biggest disappointment was the racebook at the Billion Dollar Venetion...it was less then an afterthought and I've
personably been in larger walk in closet's ( owner's wife must have had final say so ) Most Keno lounge's are 4 times the size
and I'm not asking to be granted Poetic License in this description.
Belligio was great...and what surprized me the most, was I used
my laptop in Manadaly Bay and couldn't have been treated better ( and in EVERY post I've read, this was really something
from the gruff and inhuman posture they've been known to display to even the "High Roller's"...maybe they thought I was one of them, or they could sence it wasn't my time of month to mess with me ) I have to agree with B. Meadows as the Imperial
Palace for a player's place. Atlantic City is supposed to be opening a Casino this summer to rival anything Vegas has ever done...If anyone has any info. about this, please bend my ear...
