Using Pacelines for Bottom to Mid-Level Claimers

Is it really necessary with these types of animals? Their form is so sporadic that it seems pointless sometimes. Studying form cycles and trainer patterns for these types seems much more worthy of my time. Does anybody feel the same way?

No they are much more attractive since speed is a quality that is like a switch: it is either ON or OFF. The more fleeting aspect of form is stamina.
