SHOW THE RACING WORLD HOW HE CLEVERLY HID HIS
BATTERY.
THE BEST PART OF THE STORY IS WE HAVE A FAMOUS ,AND MORONIC STEWARD CLAIMING THIS PHOTOGRAPH IS QUITE
SUSPICIOUS,WHEN IN FACT,YEARS AGO,HE BLINKED WHEN J.B.
AND PAT DAY SHOOK HANDS AFTER THE FINISH LINE WHEN
THUNDER GULCH HAD HIS DAY IN THE SUN.
FINALLY,THIS IS AN INFORMAL INQUIRY WHICH THE PRESS
HAS SEIZED UPON TO CREATE AN AURA OF SUSPICION UPON
A CLASS COMBINATION OF JOCKEY,TRAINER AND OWNERS.

IN A WAY,I WISH THEY WOULD TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AS THEY WOULD UNDOUBTEDLY BE SUED BY THE PUBLIC WHO
HAD ALL OTHER FINISHERS IN THE WIN AND EXOTIC POOLS.
THE STATE OF KENTUCKY SHOULD HOLD THEIR HEAD IN SHAME
FOR FEEDING INTO THIS INSANE REPORT..

The only reason I didnt' have the winner in the KD is the whole game is crooked. If it wasn't for that I would have had the winner.

as a matter of fact,i do have a bridge located in

ok,enough of the sardonic humour

i am an owner and can tell you one important fact..horses are not always in shape for the race in which they are entered.in fact, they are often entered in races,quite often,for conditioning purposes and/or at the request of the racing association
to fill a field.
however,don't think for a moment that a jockey will
throw a race and therby embarass a trainer/owner
to make a few bucks when a horse has a shot to win
the race or finish in the money.
if jockeys and trainers were truly in collusion they would lose
their owners quite quickly.
in fact,jockeys will lose their status with trainers when losing a specific race..witness victor espinoza and bob baffert and
or the plight of mike smith and shug m.
as for the derby,if in fact jose was carrying the battery to win
@100k for himself,he is banned from racong for @least a year or
even worse,forever on racing's greatest day.
add it up and you will soon see how crazy and demeaning this allegation is to our intelligence
