It's not everyday that a former Derby favorite makes an appearance at FL.. he's racing in July 4th's Wadsworth Handicap as the 5/2 ML fave..

Has SNS even won a race in the past couple yrs?

He won a cheap stake (55k) at Crc in August.

FWIW, shippers don't run well at all over that track unless they've had a couple of works. Been on both sides of that trade over the last 60 days (obviously the blow-up occurring before I realized it).

May create value elsewhere if SNS gets big $$$.

Agree, and it isn't like he is some stand out anyway.

Shippers here are usually startled by the screaming monkey at the top of the stretch. ;)

Actually, they are probably stunned by the sheer beauty of the place and are forced to look around. losing the concentration.

But I digress, SNS has run recently......

Just watched, very nice win. Tiger Speech still trying to win the Wadsworth, ran against Funny Cide when he won.

Tommasi ran in that one too. I had my camera in the paddock to take a few pics of Funny, and I think I ended up taking more of Tommasi, he was so gorgeous.

I was hoping Tomassi to get a win.

Court Vision having a bad time, was just 25 lengths off lead in United Nations handicap, missed the winner. Poor CV.

 What race is this writer talking about? He says Senior finished second, and was the second choice in the betting.

http://www.drf.com/news/article/105234.html

Senior actually finished 5th, and was the 3rd betting choice.

Bizarre.

Funny Cide....I was there with Achilles.
Us and about 12,000 others - a huge crowd for Finger Lakes.
