The Hong Kong racing signal was available at most of the US based ADWs for a couple of years. It was offered at that time as a North American seperate-pool event, much like the Australian races.

A year or two ago, the HKJC signed a deal with Las Vegas Dissemination to offer common pool wagering back into the HK pools instead of the seperate pool. From what I was told the HKJC was asking for a host fee of around 14%. At that point the ADW's dropped the product.

In fact, I think the few track and OTB locations that were showing the races also dropped them. I do believe you can find the product in the Vegas casinos, but I don't know of anyone else taking it in the US.

As far as I know HPI is the only North American ADW that offers Hong Kong. Americans are unable to sign up with HPI unfortunately.
