Stephanie Clark donates Silverfoot's purse

to Rene Douglas fund. $32,460 was the winner's share of the purse from the Tin Man Stakes that Silverfoot won.

Obviously, Clark has gratitude for the great rides Douglas gave her horse in the past.

There are a lot of great people in the racing biz.

That was a nice looking win, too. Around the turn one had to think the old guy just didn't have it anymore; then he passed a couple stragglers; then he move up some more; then the leaders began to tire, and hey! he might win; and does. Very satisfying stretch run.
