I surely hope MTB gets a nice rest.....at least till Fall?

At this point, how anyone can beat up on this great little guy is beyond me. He ran ITM in every race, and was running on whatever was left in the tank, against horses "rested and targetted" for the Belmont.

He has a ton of heart and I admire him.

Also considering the very long list of "casualties/injuries" during this whole TC season, this little guy made it thru everything.

Anyway, how long do you think most of these horses will get to rest?

(Also, General Quarters needs to be added to the list for injuries. Small chip. )

Haskell in early August for $1 mil. and Travers late August are the usual targets , no ?

If they stick with Borel, Jim Dandy......for the WIN. Borel at Saratoga.

Not sure he'd WIN Travers or Haskell. I don't play Monmouth, never have, but isn't that for speedy horses?

Haskell 1-1/8 I heard Musket Man. And Freisan Fire. WTHeck? Is Larry Jones still pointing FF to this race? If Rachel doesn't run in the Haskell, I'll be po'ed.

Travers 1-1/4 - Pletcher said Dunkirk is going.

Chip is saying only 1 race on the east coast before they head west for the BC.

He said 4 races are under consideration, the haskell and travers being 2 of them.

I'm guessing the others are maybe the penn derby and super derby?

I read one option was the West Virginia Derby, not Super Derby (Super Derby is not "east")
