Sad to report Chez Sophie ,Saratoga's best restaurant,will close at the end of this year's meet.If you haven't sampled the fare ,this will be your last chance.Chez Sophie is regarded as the best French restaurant between NY and Montreal. The restaurant will be missed.

When I opened this thread, I thought I be reading about Bobby Flay getting trampled or simlar.:)

He did get trampled two years ago in the fried chicken faceoff against the chef of Hattie's but didn't look any worse for the wear after the contest.
