Nice pick. I loved that Jeff Bonde filly with great turf breeding. Even without blazing out of the gate, as was seemingly her wont, she blew those gals away.

The icing on the cake, the thing that made her a cinch ? I forgot to bet her (or tout her hereon). :blush: .

When I heard the Atticus runner winning a previous race, I vaguely recalled an Atticus filly debuting on grass somewhere. Maybe I need to get a telephone account for last-minute situations like this ?

I even spoke by telephone with a boardmate earlier this evening.
