doug's a good trainer but if you saw some of the forms on his competition at mnr these days you wouldnt be so impressed, im sure thistles stock is not much better at least ness is successful at tampa, a competitive circuit imo, doug horses at mnr have their fields over a barrell in most races, all they have to do is gallop briefly and they win by long margins, no trainer has benefitted more from dale bairds death than doug, he dominates conditions races, msw races,runs against professional maidens night after night, in mnr alw races, runs against the same stock he has defeated already time after time, watching his horses run night after night at mnr is like watching groundhogs day with bill murray only the names change, quite an accomplishment on the surface but should be taken into the appropriate context and that's not even bringing up the whole drug issue. thanks for the post lambo.
