In an effort to start working on a project to provide information to horseplayers on all North American ADW's we need to start out with a list of those ADW's to be included.

To start the list we have

I have a suggestion for the next track ratings list. And that would be bonus points.

For free video.
Deductions for no video.
ADW availability.
Free info from each track.
Availability for half decent rebates to a sizable population.
Points deducted if the track tries to restrict the customer.
