Seems he would have to be on the inside unless the jockey doesn't have a right leg .

There are a lot of tracks where the racing form lists one rider on two or more horses in the same race. Now I know how its done. ;)

Wow, I didn't even recognize Hastings, the #8 is in Swift Thoroughbreds colors.
