PTC Upload File Feature?

I was wondering does anyone use PTC's Upload File feature to send in Conditional or Normal bets the night before? If so what text editor program to you use to make creating this file everyday as easy as can be? It seems using a simple program like Notepad takes very long to type in and create tons of bets across many tracks for the day.

Don't they accept comma delimited files? If so how about using a spreadsheet?

Yes probably a spreadsheet may be best way to go. But still a lot of entering to use their Upload file feature and may be easier just to enter bets manually directly right in their site the day of the races. Thanks.
